Liability and Indemnity Agreement
Air Sale Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air Sale and its affiliates from any claims or expenses related to their aircraft leasing, purchasing, or financing decisions, reinforcing our commitment to safe and responsible aviation practices.
